Conway Rip Remove & Remodel (CR3) was founded to fill a growing need in the Treasure Valley for reliable and efficient construction services — especially in demolition, haul-off, and light remodeling.
Whether it’s a bathroom tear-out, a trim upgrade, or post-construction cleanup, we take pride in getting the job done right, on time, and without cutting corners.
CR3 was built by Terry Conway, a proud U.S. Navy veteran who brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach to every job. During his service, Terry developed a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and an appreciation for structure — qualities that now guide every aspect of his business.
When he’s not on the job site, Terry spends time with his wife and three sons. He’s passionate about coaching youth sports and playing a role in shaping the next generation through mentorship, teamwork, and community involvement.
